- Receiving needs-based financial aid
- Maintaining a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
- Demonstrating leadership and an interest in social justice via coursework or extracurricular activity (Focus areas: Democracy, Rights, and Justice; Economic Opportunity and Assets; Education, Creativity, and Free Expression)

- Self-identified LGBTQ student OR an allied student supportive of the LGBTQ community
- Currently enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university in the Greater Philadelphia region
- Working toward an undergraduate degree in a business program/major
- Able to demonstrate leadership roles
